Guidelines for Paper and Poster Submission
All presenters should clearly indicate whether they intend to present as oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee will make final decisions on acceptance and mode of presentation of the submitted abstracts. All presented papers will be submitted at least 2 reviewers appointed by the Scientific Committee for final decision whether to publish in the Conference Proceeding.

Language
Conference language is English

Abstracts
All abstracts submitted must be original work and not previously presented in any form at other symposia. Abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words.
Your abstracts will be submitted to the Scientific Committee for evaluation and presenters will be notified regarding the status of their abstracts (oral or poster presentation) and date of presentation. The committee may request some papers nominated for oral presentation by authors to be presented as posters.
1. Abstract must be submitted in English.
2. Abstracts should consist of a title, list of authors and their affiliation, contact address including e-mail address, keywords, and one paragraph only of script.
3. Type the title of the abstract in Times New Roman 14 points, Bold. Underline the name of the presenting author. Use numbers in the title for authors affiliation.
4. The abstract must be single line spaced, typed in Times New Roman 12 points. Standard abbreviations may be used. Abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words.
5. The abstract should include the following information (1) Rationale and objective of the work; (2) Approach and methodology; (3) Results and discussion; and (4) Conclusion. 10

Paper
Oral presentation, when typed on A4 paper, should not be more than 6 pages, including tables, figures and plates. Margins of the area to be fixed in the "page set-up" of the word-processor: top: 2.7 cm (1.06"); bottom: 3.5 cm (1.38"); left: 2.8 cm (1.10"); right: 2.9 cm (1.14").

Spacing and Indentations
The final text should be single spaced. Text should be "justified" in order. Provide a hanging indent (0.6 cm) on the second line of the Keywords and Literature Cited references. First lines of all paragraphs should have a 1.25 cm indentation.

Units
Use the metric system exclusively. Use abbreviation ‘ L’ for liter, ‘mg/L’ for milligram (me) per liter, ‘ ml’ for milliliter, and ‘ t ’ for ton (metric ton). SI units can be used where appropriate.

Font and Type Size
Use Times New Roman font exclusively. Titles are printed in 14 point but the rest of the manuscript, including tables should be 12 point. When italic typeface is required use italic type, not underline.
The above instructions are based on “ISHS Authors Guide” and abbreviated for clarity and ease of understanding. Editors will further correct papers to conform to the original “Authors Guide”.

Poster
Poster size should be 1.2 m high and 0.8 m wide.
